I followed the direction to the letter. But this was just didn't work. I have been using an Avon brand wax for a few years and figured this kind would be even better. I bought it, warmed it up and started waxing my eyebrows. After one application it only removed a few hairs. So I left it, tried it again several days later. The same thing, just a few hairs. It never really work well enough to get more the 3 hairs at a time. So then I tried the Avon wax again and it removed EVERYTHING, a whole strip of hair. So it wasn't a matter of the hair not being long enough. It was plenty long enough to wax, this wax just doesn't work as well.
I will say I really like the way the application works. It rolls on smoothly and I am able to put the wax on just where I want it without dripping. Unfortunate the wax itself just did not remove hair, just left a stick mess.

This stuff makes a mess and doesn't work. Just get Nair facial hair remover. Its not as messy but you'll use more often. I threw this away after one use.

I used to go to a salon and they used this brand of wax and rollers. Glad i found it on here its saving me a lot of money every month. the heating element works great heats up the wax in 20 mins. the only thing the cloth strips that come with it arent the greatest but you can go to a fabric store and get the good cotton canvas and make ur own. I recommend it.
