I often joke that if I could just have one full body massage a week, I would be the happiest woman on the earth.

My husband never takes the hint though, and I guess that’s for the best. He may just end up hurting me. I have muscles aches and pains just like everyone else, but I can’t seem to put a finger on a way to keep them down to a minimum.

A body massage is certainly not a long term fix for anything like that, but they certainly can boost the spirit and sooth away some pain, at least for a little while.
